Shipping & Returns
When you place an order with us, we do everything we can to get it to you as fast as possible. Most of our orders ship either the same day or the next business day from when you placed the order. If there are any delays with your shipment, we will do our best to notify you.
We offer two shipping options:
• 3-7 day delivery
• FREE if your order is $75 or above
• $4.95 if your order is under $75
• 2-3 day delivery
• $14.95 for all orders
We are happy to offer full refunds for unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate your return, email email@example.com your order number, name, address, and reason for your return. This request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of your item. Within 3 business days, you will receive a reply from our customer service team with a return shipping label attached.
Once you have the label, simply send the item back with the original receipt or packing slip. Your merchandise must be in new condition and in the original box. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one week.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you hear back from us confirming that we have the requested items in stock, send back the original merchandise to the address below with the original receipt. The merchandise must have its tags attached and be unworn and undamaged. Once we have received and inspected your item(s) we will notify you that your exchange was successful and when your order will be shipped.
